The heart is a natural source of collagen and elastin. High in the B-group vitamins, particularly B2 for cell defence from free radicals and B12 for a healthy nervous system and brain function.

Copper for immune protection to fight off infections. Also used to make collagen for skin, bones, and cartilage.
